Manager Certification Program
The Manager Certification program is offered twice monthly.
Instructors are also available for onsite training to meet your specific training needs.
Courses materials are based on the FDA Food Code and recognized by the Tulsa City-County Health Department.
Online exams are available in English, Spanish, and Chinese.
Manager Certification Class
Registration for English exam will be accepted up to one week prior to the class/exam unless filled earlier. Registration for Spanish, Chinese. Korean or Japanese exams need to completed at least two weeks prior to the class/exam date.
